1. How does the self-inflating system work?

The foam core expands when the valve is opened and pulls air inside. After a few minutes the mat is ready to use. You can add a few breaths if you prefer a firmer surface.

Yes, the five centimeter thickness and insulating foam make it suitable for spring, summer and autumn use in various outdoor settings.

3. Can I use the mat directly on the ground?

Yes, though we recommend using it on a clean and flat surface to prevent damage and extend its lifespan.

Release the air by opening the valve, roll the mat tightly and place it in the carry bag. Make sure it is fully dry before storing to prevent mold or damage.

5. What if the mat loses air or gets damaged?

A repair patch is included for minor damage. Like all foam and air-filled gear, some wear is normal over time. Regular checks help you keep it in good condition.
