Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at business@hbksproducts.nl. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment themselves. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g. opened beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards and items marked as final sale

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, don’t hesitate to reach out before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original product following the steps above. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you also have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 daysof delivery—for any reason and without justification—in accordance with EU consumer law. To qualify, the item must still be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will provide further instructions and cover any return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at business@hbksproducts.nl.
