Shipping Policy

At needventure®, we take care to process and ship your order quickly and securely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping costs, delivery times, international shipping, and your rights as a customer.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands.
For shipments within Europe (excluding the Netherlands), we charge a flat rate of €9.95.
For international shipments outside of Europe, a flat rate of €19.95 applies.

Processing and Delivery Time

Orders placed on business days before 15:00 CET are usually processed and shipped the same day.
Estimated delivery times:
Within the Netherlands: next business day
Within Europe: 3 to 5 business days
Outside Europe: 1 to 2 weeks

Please note: during holidays or peak seasons (such as Black Friday or Christmas), delivery may take longer. Delivery times are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or other external factors.

Shipping Method and Tracking

Orders are shipped using PostNL or DHL, depending on the size and destination of your parcel.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a track & trace link to monitor the status of your delivery.

Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday).

Risk of Loss and Receipt

In accordance with EU law, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with needventure® until the moment the package is physically delivered to you.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Did you enter the wrong address? Please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we may still be able to update the shipping address.

If your package cannot be delivered or is not collected from a pick-up point and is returned to us, we will issue a refund after we receive the returned parcel. Shipping costs will not be refunded in such cases.

International Orders and Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by needventure®.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time or was damaged during transport, please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date via business@hbksproducts.nl. We’re happy to help resolve any issues.
