OVERVIEW Welcome to Needventure! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Needventure. Needventure operates this website and store, including all associated content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Needventure is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (the "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), govern your use of the Services. Please read them carefully as they contain important legal information, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you consent to allow any minor dependents to use the Services under your supervision. You may be asked to provide information such as your email, billing and shipping details, and payment data. You warrant that all information provided is accurate and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under your credentials.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS We strive to present our products and services as accurately as possible. However, colors and product appearances may vary depending on your device settings. We do not guarantee that your device will display product features accurately. Descriptions and availability of products may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Orders are only accepted upon confirmation and full payment. Please double-check your order before submitting, as changes or cancellations may not be possible after acceptance. Orders are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Under EU consumer law, if you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without needing to give a reason. See Section 25 for more details.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING Prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time. The price charged will be the one in effect at the time your order is placed, shown in the confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes, shipping, customs, and handling charges. You agree to provide complete and up-to-date billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all costs incurred, including taxes and shipping.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays due to carriers, customs, or other external factors. In accordance with EU law, title and risk transfer to the customer only after physical receipt of the goods.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, trademarks, designs, and other intellectual property on the Services are owned by Needventure or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No part of the Services may be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS We may provide access to third-party tools, which we do not monitor or control. These tools are provided "as is" without warranties. Your use of such tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS The Services may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or accuracy. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Needventure is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Needventure. Shopify is not a party to these transactions and disclaims liability for purchases made through the Services.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. As Shopify hosts our store, Shopify may also collect and process your data. Please review both privacy policies for more details.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK By submitting feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose, including commercial use. You warrant that you have the rights to provide such feedback and that it complies with these Terms.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without notice. This includes pricing, product descriptions, and availability.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES You agree not to use the Services for unlawful or abusive purposes, nor to violate any laws, infringe on rights, transmit viruses, or interfere with site security. Violations may result in account termination.

SECTION 14 – TERMINATION We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time. Certain provisions will survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, unless required by law. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Needventure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Needventure, Shopify, and their affiliates from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

SECTION 19 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Needventure. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further waiver of any other provision.

SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

SECTION 22 – HEADINGS Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.

SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE We may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

SECTION 25 – EU CONSUMER RIGHTS If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us by email. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Additionally, EU consumers are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee under Directive 1999/44/EC, covering goods that are faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
